New Brunswick International Sculpture SymposiumThe Town of Oromocto participated in the 2016 New Brunswick International Sculpture Symposium and Artist Jesse Salisbury created a public sculpture to commemorate our 60th Anniversary. The artwork is located at the stunning location of our Hazen Park along the Oromocto River. This natural surrounding is the ideal location for reflection of our historic past and a location where our rivers and people meet. Again the Town participated in the symposium in 2022 and artist, Jim Boyd was selected as the sculpture. The sculpture is located adjacent to the visitor information centre and is entitled, "Expand."
